Reflecting on our little stinker!
For now, we're on the court dockett to finalize our fourth adoption on March 7th. Ironically, what could stand in our way is someone else's baby. See, the judge might not be able to hand down an adoption decree if his hands are otherwise occupied cutting the cord. Yep, his wife is due right around our adoption court date. Hmmmf! Doesn't she know we live 6 hours away and Carl has to take time off from work for this? Really, what is she thinking? ;)
Anyhoo, hopefully it'll be a big fat *GO*. Here's my latest scrapbook page, featuring our little man (he was only 7mos old in the photos and is almost 13mos old now). Isn't he so stinkin' cute? Just love to love him.

Oh how exciting!! Does your family celebrate the day of adoption every year? A friend from school was adopted and she got two birthday parties with her family every year, her regular bday and her official adoption day. I always thought that was WAY cool!
Here's hoping that other baby waits his or her turn!! :)
OK, girl, how'd you do the embellishments on the side of the page? BTW, Rog and Will won't get home until a little after nine, so I guess tonight won't work. I'm SOOOO bummed. Well, wait a minute, you could come over here. If you get this before it's too late, let me know. Otherwise, we'll just do it another time. Maybe Friday night?
Those are adorable pictures. We will pray that everything goes well for the adoption date and that there are no other babies getting in the way. But if you have to wait you know that special day will come.

Awwww! His photos are ADORABLE! I didn't realize you still had some legalities to make things official. I certainly hope the judge's wife doesn't "decide" to have her baby while your trying to "gotcha" yours. My hubby threatened to miss my son's birth if he came during the OU game. Thankfully, he came a day before, or almost a week after, depending upon how you looked at it! :)
Definitely stinkin cute!
Will pray things go smoothly for adoption day!
Aw! You KNOW I understand how significant that final adoption is! I am SO glad things are about to be settled..and that judge's baby just needs to sit tight 'til y'all can call that sweet baby your very own once and for all! I am rejoicing, and praying, with you!
Oh...and LOVE the scrapbook page. Beautiful!
I'm sure if she knew how important this date is to you, she'd hold off on having that baby for another month or so because the last month of pregnancy is so comfortable, no one's in a hurry to be done with it. LOL
This is exciting and I have a feeling it's all going to work out, timewise.
By the way (re the comment you left me) I love the way you redefined your blog. I never thought of this, but really,I may go in and change my profile statement to something as real as this.
What a cutey your little one is. I hope all goes well and the other baby waits a little longer.
What a cutie!!
May all go well, in Jesus name!
He is precious!
The judge and his wife need to plan better! :-)
I remember waiting on the finalization date. Such an exciting time!
Love this page! Hope to see you at the scrap/craft night!
I like the way you made the edges look like carpet. Oh, wait a minute...
I'm new to your blog but Congrats on your sons adoption!
This is something we hold in our hearts. We'd love to adopt (probably from overseas though) if God opens the door. My dad was adopted and I think it's an amazing way to increase your family:)
He's beautiful btw!
Hoping all goes well with the timing thing. Whatever happens, just believe. Everything will work out the way it's supposed to. And he is definitely a sweetie!
